SOGHAT- Prominent Sweets Of Pakistan Cities

Soghat is basically significant  for urban communities that have something uniquely great to present as a gift  to others. Pakistani urban communities are likewise well known for their exceptional attractions. Pakistan is a blessed country of Asia continent. It  has a wide heritage and culture. The culture of Pakistan cities is reflected by its one  of famous sweets which brings the people of society closer and spreads  love. So in this article we will tell you about the prominent sweets of  some of the cities of Pakistan like Multan, Lahore, Chakwal,Mian channu,Khanpur, Khushab and Dhoda  with the history of that city and also the history of sweets.

Multan city of saints

Multan is the most antiquated city of the subcontinent. Its set of experiences can be traced back to the era of Mahabharata war. It remained a small town of Taluka Dhan Chaurasi for many centuries.Chakwal is mostly a farming region. In old 19 century it was first invented by the people of rahim yar khan district and now this ancient sweet is to much famous in all over the pakistan,
Khoya paira is a most delicious sweet which is made by milk,  sugar and dry natural products. Khanpuri Pairay by Khoya Palace, Shahi Road, Khanpur are actually a delectable, delightful and notable sweet that is sent as a present on various events, occasions and celebrations


Khushab the city of sweetwater

The word khushab is derived from the Persian words of Khush and Aab, khushab is a tehsil of  sargodha district. The sweetness of the water of this area make it a prominent city of punjab province its also known as a home of  natural uranium research reactor . The famous sweet of Khushab city is Dhodha 
In 19 century a person named  Hans Raj lived in Khushab. Hans Raj was a professional pehlwan. One morning he became excited that he would reach the perfect recipe for his energy food. So, being a strong wrestler of Khushab he had been working on a diet for a long time.  Finally, he introduced something like energy food which was full of taste. This sweet became popular among the public  So in view of its popularity in the year 1912 Hans Raj decided to commercially produce his energy food and it was invented by the name of Dhodha. The recipe of dhoda consist on various ingredients like milk, sugar,balochi dry fruits,elaichi It's a famous and ancient sweet of Khushab city.


So these are the some ancient sweets and soghat of pakistani sweets , which is mostly liked by the people of pakistan and also the foreigners , these soghat are related with the tradition of pakistan community.
